8th International Conference on Electric Vehicular Technology (ICEVT) 2025

The 8th International Conference on Electric Vehicular Technology (ICEVT) 2025 was successfully held at the Mercure Convention Center Ancol, Jakarta, Indonesia, from August 20 to 22, 2025. The conference was organized by the National Center for Sustainable Transportation Technology (NCSTT), Institut Teknologi Bandung, with Sampoerna University serving as a co-organizer.

The primary objective of ICEVT 2025 was to bring together stakeholders from academia, industry, and government—both national and international—to exchange innovative ideas, share practical experiences, and foster strategic partnerships that will shape the future of electric vehicle (EV) technology.

ICEVT 2025 featured seven keynote speakers from leading global institutions and organizations who shared insights on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technologies, sustainable transportation, regulatory frameworks, and industrial innovation:

  6. Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Zahiraniza binti Mustaffa – Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS
  7. Prof. Ir. Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. – National Center for Sustainable Transportation Technology

The conference attracted hundreds of participants from seven countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Austria, Japan, the United States, Pakistan, and Switzerland. From an academic standpoint, 40 peer-reviewed papers were presented and subsequently published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings, contributing significantly to the global body of knowledge on electric vehicle technology.
