Power Train System

NCSTT’s highlighted product, the E-Trike, uses a double-speed power train with a customized gearbox to achieve highly efficient energy consumption. The electric motor for the E-Trike utilized a BLDC (Brushless DC) type with a robust motor power of 5000 W, manufactured by PT PINDAD. The motor can generate up to 36 Nm of torque and can operate at 85% efficiency, ensuring optimal performance. As for speed, the maximum achievable velocity is 40 km/h, which can be increased depending on customer demand. The innovative BLDC electric motor type can perform with 30% more power efficiency, allowing a decrease in battery consumption and an increase in the EV range, up to 120 km.
